One Pan Chicken Fajitas
An easy quick meal to throw together and have dinner ready in 45mins or less!
Servings: 6 People
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken breast cut in slits 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
- 1 Medium White Onion
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Tortilla wraps for serving
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
Place chicken, bell peppers, and onion in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
Stir in olive oil and Taco seasoning; gently toss to combine.
Place into oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through and the vegetables are crisp-tender.
While the oven is still warm you can place your tortilla wraps in to warm them for 3-5minutes before serving.
